We recommend including a board in your fixed fee contract to really increase your chances of attracting a buyer.
Accompanied Viewings
Accompanied viewings are great way to encourage potential buyers and facilitate constructive feedback.
The majority of buyers also preferring an estate agent to accompany them on viewings. However, just as many vendors prefer to conduct them themselves, or mix and match when and if required.
That’s why we provide our sellers with the option to save money on fees and conduct their own viewings should they wish to.
Negotiations
Negotiating a sale price with your potential buyer can be awkward at the least, and end up costing your financially at the worst.
We can do this for you and our team’s strong negotiating skills have helped our customers save thousands of pounds.
However, if you are comfortable negotiating your own sale, this service is completely optional in our fixed fee contracts.
Anti Money Laundering (AML)
By law, your buyer must be able to prove that funds to purchase the property are legally obtained. We will conduct preliminary checks, depending on our contract with you.
Your solicitor will also conduct checks.
Sales Progression
Depending on your contract with us, our sales progressors can help keep your sale on track and progressing smoothly, and will chase all involved parties when required to help coordinate a smooth sale and successful outcome, with less last-minute complications and hitches.
By identifying small issues during the sales process, we can help prevent them from becoming big ones so that everyone involved can reach their Home Sweet Home with a lot less stress.
